Gorgeous image! I love the pose. Exposure on the whites is dead on...Only nit...I wish you could see the other eye a little more but this is certainly superb as presented. I also like the tighter crop

I think this is an excellent image! Very difficult to capture the wings in this position. Whites look fantastic and the eye being in the shadow doesn't bother me at all. You can do something to bring it out if you like.

Mike:

Perfect wing and tail spread, with nice eye contact, I am OK with the eye, it looks perfectly natural in this setting, because of the slight shadow on the face. If you brighten the eye, be sure to bring up the face to match so it looks 'real'.

A beauty.

Cheers

I'd be tempted to lighten the shaded part of the face too, but man-o-man what a spectacular wing and tail spread you got on this banking pose. Love the speckling on the plumage.

You could not ask for a better flight position!
Very nice.

Wow! Wing and tail spread and head turn make this a stunning image, along with the details in the whites. I would also be tempted to dodge the shaded part of the face and eye just a tad, but either way its a real winner. Congrats.

Absolutely superb!
Perfect wing position and whites look great.
I, too, would brighten up the eye on the left.
This is one for the wall,
Gail

What a beautiful set of wings, very nicely timed and eye contact with the photographer is extra good, wonderful contrast against the blue sky

Brilliant image...these are always spectacular birds but you have done yourself proud with this one. Great composition and perfect exposure holding detail in the whites. Love the graceful arch of the wings against the blue sky, perfect wing feather and tail feather spread. Well done.

Hi Mike, you have absolutely nailed this - great banking angle with good eye contact, and the whites are just so spot on. Well captured.
