More Room....

Same day I got earlier posts of these beauties, I did have this one of the burrowing owl fledgling with a little more room all around. Sure wish this beauty was standing at the top of the burrow mound for cleaner BG all around! Camera was as low as I could get it and still look through viewfinder to get under ropes which mark nests. Created in the late afternoon light at Brian Picollo Park.

I really like it. I have no criticisms. I love the color and the background and the detail is superb. I'd frame it and put it on the wall.

I really like the soft light and the pose of this little guy :) I like that you can see the birds feet better in this version also. I like it alot.

The detail and sharpness, other that the eyes seems a little weak. Wonder if this is due to the Focus, the lack of contrast with the DO or?
