I was prowling through folders from a couple of years ago, and came across this one. I liked the open beak, and the wing positions. Thanks in advance for C/C as always.
Canon 7D ISO 400, full-frame + added canvas at top, bottom and left (original was a bit too tight in those areas). 500 mm f/4L IS; 1/1600 sec. @ f/9.0. PP in LR 4.2 and added canvas in Photoshop CS4. Almost no processing except the canvas, a little luminance smoothing on BG, and a little sharpening of the bird.
