This is a superb composition of the Sanderling Geir. Great low perspective, very sharp and well exposed for the whites. I like the raised foot and that strip of foamy bubbles along the foreshore adds lots of interest. If it was mine I would add a very subtle catch-light. Well done!

Love the foam and the foot behind the bubble. As with many of your shorebird images, I feel that this one would have been stronger with the bird parallel to the imaging sensor, i.e., square to the back of the camera. You seem to avoid that very simple but powerful shorebird pose. Bird could use a touch more contrast.

Great shot! I also love the foam. I agree with Artie that the image would be stronger if the bird is parallel to the image sensor, but it is what it is, and it's a great capture regardless.
