Hi Sanjeev, firstly I feel the image looks a little too warm, however it's probably because it has a untagged profile, when corrected the colours look just right, very easy fix. :w3

I like the crop and the head is just nicely placed with the eyes looking to the right and past you. Don't have an issue with the head breaking the horizon, as i like the contrast between the two elements in the BKG. I do think that more DOF is required here, as the nose looks OOF sadly. If you get a subject like this shoot with the DOF you think, then change it, keeps things flexible and you never know, especially as you could have increased the ISO too to compensate for the drop in SS. You have nothing to loose, only some space on a CF card. :S3: Personally I think you may need to push things a bit more than normally required to open up the shadow areas , but I might leave it on this one.

Very hard species to photograph unless you get them in nice soft light. Good advise from Steve. I own a 7D and wont hesitate pushing ISO upto 640.
Will be in Hyd sometime early Jan for few days.

Nice light on this one, Sanjeev. You were close with the 15-85mm :Whoa!:.
Can't really improve on the suggestions made by Steve. Opening up the shadows on the face is ideal, but as he noted the contrast currently might be too much and you may introduce/highlight more noise than you would be comfortable with.
