Hi Ovidiu. The colors of the leaf really jump out - without looking oversaturated! The overcast lighting works very well and I like the overall sharpness. I also like the diagonal comp of the leaf and how it leads my eye into the curving flow of the moss covered tree bark (is that what this is or is it a rock formation?). Excellent work!

Thank for comment Steve. The leaf is on some kind of fungus (tinder?) growing on a big rotted tree stump.

That's a super shot, and the background is very complementary. Ordinarily, diagonals are probably more effective running from upper left to lower right. However, in this case -- with the wonderful curve at the bottom right -- the opposite direction really works. Beautifully done.

Hi Ovidiu, very nice simple composition and the combination of structures and colors are very appealing. the only point of improvement that I can mention would be the light reflection on some parts of the leaf. If these were absent (using a polariser, shading the leaf or a slightly different angle), this would have even further improved the warm coloring of the leaf. But this is nitpicking, the image is very nice.
