Sanjeev - Personally I think this is one of your best. Nice sharpness and detail with good control of the highlights. The eyes are very expressive and bokeh pleasing. Only thing I'm not sure about is the clipping of the top of the head.

Sanjeev - agree with Rachel about IQ and crop on this one. Think this is your best processing wise.

I would suggest lighten the eyes and the darker area in the face, followed by slight sharpening the eyes and the bridge of the nose.

Like the color rendition in here ? Which raw conversion did you use ?

Thanks Andreas & Rachel. I use the DPP raw conversion followed by PS CS5 for final edit of the tiff file. I will lighten the eye area and sharpen it. Rachel, I clipped the head in order to keep the eyes in the rule of thirds position.

Hi Sanjeev, like the image and the clipped head doesn't worry me. Lovely colours overall. Personally I feel you needed more DOF to ensure eyes to nose detail & clarity. I would look to opening up the shadow areas, plus with an adjustment layer just to soften those brighter hairs. Thank goodness you didn't have the 500 with you. :tinysmile_shy_t:
