Hi Prabir. This is a nice looking specimen giving you a good pose. The butterfly is nicely separated from the background and I like the slight diagonal comp (you might consider a little CW rotation - if you have room on the original image - to increase the diagonal comp of the butterfly). You might also try a little more sharpening on the butterfly. The noise in the background is pretty noticeable so I would suggest a round of selective NR there. Looking at your shooting specs, you could have shot at ISO 400 at 1/800 ss - still fast enough for hh and with less noise. Just something to keep in mind next time out. :S3: You have a strong image here and I think it would be worth taking the time to do a few tweaks to make it even better.

In addition to Steve's comments I would suggest brushing over the dark shadow on the left.
