I like the image; I would consider cropping most of the foreground just short of the LH tree. As presented the foreground overpowers the lake; cropped the lake and the depth of the background become the story.

That is a beautiful scene you came across. Very peaceful and I like the nice colours. I like Jay's crop advice, and would also crop a tiny bit left and right to hide the slim gaps in both upper corners. Some sharpening for web would be good too. Here is a quick repost, where I've also darkened the background trees:

very interesting colours Giovanni...some good suggestions above - I agree with the crop from the bottom.
It also seems that the image is leaning to the right, so a counter-clockwise rotation should sort that out.
Overall detail and image quality seems to be lacking? I would also look at introducing a bit more midtone contrast.
