first time to ever post on this forum..so here goes.

took grandkids to disney this week and was headed out the park when fireworks started. Handheld from a poor position behind the crowd but nothing ventured, nothing gained...

Interesting caputure. And welcome! Yes, photographing at Disney is always difficult because of the crowds. I would suggest that the castle itself might be more of a contrast to the brilliant fireworks if you kept it silhouette and took out the lighted windows. Looking forward to more from you!

Steve, I would like to see the silhouette of the lower part of the castle contrast more to the backround. Love the fireworks....

Hi Steve, nice to see you posting over here. A different look to Disney and the castle, almost sinister with the smoke silhouette. Good suggestions above for taking it up a notch.

Rachel

Hey Steve,
yep...just tweak the smoke around the castle about 1/3 of the image bottom.....will make the silhouette stand out more. Minor tweak to a very nice image.

I like this one a lot Steve. Classic location and the typical mood/expression I would associate with it - looks like the intro scene to the movies :5
Would love to see a possible repost with the suggestions above incorporated?
