This was taken at my backyard a couple months ago. It was one of the first shots with my Bigmos. This guy loves to come out when it has rained. I was observing him for some time but never had the chance to get him. He perches at my nearest tree for a couple of seconds and flies away. I used my T2i for these. Usual PP was done.

Oscar;

A big welcome to BPN! It is a great place to learn and grow as a nature photographer.

Your bird is sharp and well exposed, love the bright red bits, always adds a pop to an image.

Hopefully he will give you an opportunity for a little bit cleaner view, with fewer surrounding twigs and branches.

In the future, please only post one unique image per thread. I have included a link to the posting guidelines.

It is also very helpful to have the shooting details, camera/lens settings, any post processing, etc.

Look forward to more.
