Hi Phillip, getting up early has paid off nicely, a lovely sunrise setting. Good to see the walking pose of most of the flamingo's, as with a lot, not always possible for every one to 'pose' at the same time. Im not sure how many flamingo's stretched across the beach, but I would have moved the sun a little bit off centre, and crop up from the bottom to eliminate the dark debris at the bottom of the image. Im sure you have lots more of this setting. :w3

Please post your settings, and it would be interesting to know where this was captured. :w3

Hi Stuart thank you, yes I do have alot more at sunrise & sunset, with lots of Flamingos from just a few to 100's.
It was taken with a Nikon D3 600f4 1/200th @ f11 iso 200 and PP in Bibble Pro & CS2. The image was taken in the camargue on one of www.wildsnaps-photoholidays.co.uk.

Phil -

Very nice indeed. Love the feel of this one. Don't mind the sun right in the middle, but could definitely see if off to one side or the other.

I would take some off the bottom, as Stuart suggested.
