:5 whoa Sid, I am glad I popped by the forum this evening. Looks like your trip went well.
Patches of the snow looks a little hot on my monitor so maybe you could reduce the highlights a touch more.

Glad to see you posting again, Sid. :5
Lovely image, great job on the vertical composition - composed like that or cropped from horizontal?
Exposure looks great. I see some hot spots as per Jamie but they're not attention-grabbing IMHO.

Wonderful image my friend, love the comp and the timing of bear placing its paw in the water

Jaime,
I see your point regarding hot spots. I should tone it down just a tick I guess.
Thanks

Thanks Morkel.
Composed vertical to add reflection in the image. Later on I kind of felt reflection was not strong.

They weren't a big issue, but worth a touch up IMO.

Hi Sid, a nice start to the series.
Good call on the choice of format, what caught his/her's attention? I like the way you capture the subject almost paused, just double checking before slipping into the water. Looking at the facing snow, were you using quite a high ISO?
Nice to see you back with cracking images Sid.

Thanks Steve.
With 3 bears around there was always a possibility of action. I was playing safe with high ISO and shutter speed.
