I found quite a lot of this young Ducks in the pond.
The water level receded so much that it is hard to get a close shot anymore.
It's a shame as this pond gets some amazing colours this time of the year.
Thanks for looking.

Wow, the colors are amazing. I especially like the mirror-like water surface, the little ripple encircling the bird, and the bit of blue sky reflected therein. Well done.

Best regards,

Dennis

Karl:

Lovely colors , well exposed, touch of blue goes well with the water. Needs a smidge of CW rotation based on the bill reflection.

Cheers

Nice capture Karl, the colours are excellent and the crop suits, only one very minor thing and that's the bright spot on your Shovelers bill.

Hi Kark, good low perspective, and you have captured awesome colours. The shoveler is nice and sharp, and if this were mine, I would take some off the bottom.

Beautiful autumnal colors in that water, I can see why you photograph there! Nice reflection and beautiful bird. I would do a slight CW rotation as others have suggested, and trim off the bottom a bit. VEry pretty image, Karl.

Thank you all. I did the rotation and the trimming at the bottom as suggested basically all of you.
Thanks again.

Beautiful image Karl. The repost is exactly what I had in mind when I looked at the OP. I like the water colours, light, reflection and sharpness.
