From a couple of weeks ago. The spoonbills were congregating on a marsh ridge along the coast.

When I hear Louisiana I think of spoonbills !!!! What a mess of birds !!!!

Just a fun image Do like the lower edge bird eviction. Clean edges are important. So much action is going on that all I can say is sit back and enjoy !!!!

A wonderful capture of the spoonies interacting. I really like the strong diagonal line of the tree coming into the frame, the fact that some birds are coming in, some leaving, a very dynamic image. Its sharp, colors beautiful. Mighty fine.

this has to be the best spoonbill image I have seen.. excellent action shot ... tact sharp and you got all the eyes of them well except one head turn.. group shots are always more of a challenge.and a lovely pale blue sky
