I am happy to announce that the NANPA 14th Annual High School Scholarship Program is now underway and ready to accept on-line applications. It will be held at the 18th Annual NANPA summit in Jacksonville, Florida during the last week of February 2013. The program will be awarding scholarships to 10 students from all over the world to attend one of the most prestigious nature photography conferences in the US. During the week of intense workshops and personal instruction with industry leaders and experts, these kids' lives will be forever changed. The application is free and open to anyone ages 14-28.
If any of you wishes to sponsor a motivated and talented high school student from anywhere in the world for this program, please follow the link below for information, articles on the experience and the application process. Mac Stone (a 10 year graduate of the program himself) will be heading up the program this year. I am honored to have been chosen as one of the instructors, along with the Chair, Mac Stone, David Moynahan and Ray Pfortner.
Whenever possible, please try to spread the word to your local camera clubs, schools and any other organizations you think may be interested. Thank you.
