Wow, that is majestic. Love the clarity and sharpness. For some reason, it feels a bit unlevel...tilted to the right ever so slightly. I know the striations in the rock are probably supposed to be tilted, but all the trees look a little tilted as well. I'd expect the trees to be 100% upright.

I like how the diagonal treeline offsets the horizontal line implied by the mountains.

Did you do any HDR processing on this one? The tonality of the shadows and highlights looks a bit like it was?

No HDR Morkel, just 36mp.
This trip to Banff was the first time I used the D800 for landscapes.
This is a full frame image, a lot of pixels!
I have only DX wide angle lens so I still shoot Landscapes with the D7000, But I used the 70-200 for
a bunch of photos this trip to see what a real FX lens looks like on the D800.
I may have to get an FX wide angle lens.
