Just wanted to share some of the horrific events that happen in backyards every day...

Somehow I find composition with spiders always difficult.

A very dramatic capture Vincent. The spider, however, appears a bit over-flashed to me and I would like to see the full length of the spider's body.

Horror was a good choice for words, the warts on the spider's abdomen and the flesh fly give the image a gruesome look.

Agree with john on his points. Also cant help wish we could see the spiders eyes.

oh, look at those deadly fangs preying on the fly.
agree with you that spiders are indeed tough to compose...
