Another Pismo Beach Sunset

Here's another image at Pismo Beach at sunset. Canon 5D, 24-105, 1/6s at f/16 with 2 stop grad ND. Might be too saturated. Interested in thoughts...Thanks!

Doug,

I like the leading line with the rocks guiding me into the image especially from the left corner. It looks like it is either OOF in the FG or needs more sharpening. If OOF, that is distracting. At f/16 I would think that the FG would be OK.

The composition works well for me.

With so much detail in the FG the softness Robert mentioned is a bit distracting. I like the strong lines through the rock leading your eye through the image to the sea. Originally I wasn't sure about the amount of rock in the foreground, if maybe more seas should have been added to the scene, but the more I look at it the more I like it and think you made the right comp choices for this scene
