Hi Sanjeev,
nice relaxed pose of the lioness draped on the trunk, leaned on that one branch, quite human looking.
You did well with exposure on the conditions.Colors look quite good and contrast in general as well.Might watch the blacks they are a bit choked , watch the blue fringing in the upper half of the image.I think the lioness herself needs a bit more selective usm and detail, not that much the trunks of the tree where she is lying on.
Not much you can do about the blown out sky.Next time , with a stationary object make two exposures (one for BG and one for the subject) and blend them together in PS.

Cheers Andreas

Hi Sanjeev, Adreas's comments and observation are good and I don't think there is much more I would wish to add. The only addition I would suggest would be to have more DOF (f/5.6 or a fraction higher) and to have upped the ISO to compensate for the additional DOF and more SS. You can reduce the Chromatic fringing in ACR, or pull back the Cyan & Blue, but this then affects the whole image slightly, but not ideal, as to mask the areas would be too difficult & time consuming, best to go back into ACR.

Shooting up into a bright sky of a shaded subject is problematic at best. You did well all things considered. Chromatic aberration mentioned.
