Started with Nik HDR, then Pixel Bender oil paint (one of my all-time favorites!), then Topaz lens effects, bokeh something. On to Nik Effex Pro for glamor glow.

I like your mushroom. It pops out of the woodsy background and kind of glows. Very simple but effective.

Nancy, Your mushroom looks like it could be in a Hobbit book. Very nice earth tones and the sweeping look at the base is a nice touch.

Thanks all you Hobbit-readers (and non-hobbits)! Bob, I had to look hard for the face but I think I see 2 eyes just to the left of the mushroom. Is that what you see?
