Yes, good head turn on this backside view of the subject. As is the bits of branches in upper right corner should go...either some cloning or a vertical comp would take care of that.

Hi Sanjeev, I like the alert pose, and good DOF for F/5.6. This angle shows off the colours nicely, and against an OOF foliage BG. I would maybe take a bit off the bottom, and agree to remove the sticks URC.

i am sure no bird id expert but that doesn't look like what we call a buzzard
