The scene at twilight from our hotel in Ambositra, Madagascar.
Canon 5DmkIII, EF70-200 f/4 IS @ 135mm, handheld, ISO 6400, 1/30, f/5, slight crop from right.

This is certainly an interesting scene.
If I were you, I would apply some clockwise rotation.

Certainly a vivid depiction of life in this bustling African town.
I agree on the rotation suggested.
The high ISO is evident but perhaps reworking with a different approach to noise reduction can improve overall fine detail. It does look good, just think it can be 'lifted' a litte.
Also - might benefit from slight boost in midtone contrast?

Simon,
I too agree on the need to rotate this somewhat.
I am having a hard time finding a center of interest here. I think a tighter composition might have been the way to approach this image.
From a travelog perspective - documenting your journey, etc. - I think it works fine.

For me, a crop just above the rooflines, eliminating the distracting trucks, but keeping the line of clothing in the amphitheater would improve it. And I think I'd give it a bump in the green channel to make those shrubs and such pop a bit more. It's an interesting picture. I dig it a lot. All kinds of fun things happening. It's almost like playing Where's Waldo. I'd totally call this photo "Where's Waldo" so people would look around. lol
