Hi Mike, I like the alert pose and eye contact, and seems like the Osprey isnt going to let go of his catch in a hurry. Im fine with the perch, but having said that, I would like to see the Osprey higher in the frame. To achieve that, you could create a horizontal comp, crop off to just below the feet, keep the Osprey centrally placed, and you would also have most of that lovely green BG.

Eye contact draws the viewer right in. The fish seems a bit hot and perhaps a bit off the bottom would improve an already sweet image.
