Going on suggestions on yesterday's post, I have used the images I took for stitching and made a pano. What so I think about this?
I don't think the clouds have the same soft feel or colour reflected from the ranges as the previous. This surprises me as this was shot at 1/8 sec versus the 1/30 of the previous image.

I find the foreground a bit bright, not so much that I would toss it, but I quite liked the more mellow foreground of the previous image.

I like the tree better here, more golden.

What's the verdict? :S3:

7D; 47mm; ISO200; 1/8; f14

3 image stitch.

The pano is too pano! Yesterday was moody; today doesn't grab me.

If you used the same three images I would have simply sliced a tiny bit off of the top.

Jay, I agree about the first one being more moody and at this early stage I like it better. Can't see your repost properly on the iPad but will view it tomorrow on my computer. Thanks for taking the time to repost, appreciate it.

Very cool pano.maybe a touch to long but here is my little crop. Like the colours but maybe a touch overstaturated FG but I like this one a little more than the OP

I like Jay's treatment, especially with a little Tonal Contrast.

Some nice light here Hilary...like Andrew I too like this pano more...and I like his crop! Maybe just tone down sats on the FG?
PS: would love to see this one quite larger! :t3

I like your crop Andrew, works for me. Still not sure which of the two I prefer, but I think they just look like two different images and so I won't compare them as two of the same and be happy that I managed two keepers.

Lovely color Hilary and I like the sweep of the your original post I think it would be more of a impact if it was posted larger.

Thanks Don. I don't see how I could post it larger as I went to the max 1024px @ 250. At least that is what I thought I'd done. :e3
