I don't know how to tell the Male from the Female , but that doesn't detract from the cute inter-action between these two when the little one gets a chill.

This is the female, Joe, and you can tell from the iris of their eyes. The male's iris is round, and the female's is not.

Love the details you have here and the nice low angle. What's up with your AMOY chicks not wanting to open their eyes? They are too funny. I would consider giving the birds a tad more saturation. Looking forward to more family portraits.

Hi Joe, good low perspective, and I do like the HA of Mom. Well exposed on the blacks, although I would maybe add back some black there. Good detail on both mom and chick, and comp wise, I would take a bit off the top.

I like the low angle, interaction, sharpness and details. I would take a little off the top as well. Nice image Joe!

Joe - nice low pov and great to get the 2 together with good HAs. Good suggestions above.

Very tender moment. Nice and sharp as posted. I agree with more saturation, darker blacks, and with opposite HAs I could see more room at left (equal to the room at right). Thanks Marina, that is much easier than to wait for copulation!
