Sanjeev, lovely bird and nice pose and capture. Excellent exposure, detail, and color. The background is very distracting to my eye in the upper left and lower right corners. You could actually crop a lot of it away, as the bird is very centered. I would suggest cropping a lot from the left and a little from the right and then cloning or painting out the remaining bright areas. Good job on the capture, I really like the pose and head angle.

Nice capture good detail, HA and pose this is the way to photograph a subject - well done. Consider cleaning up the left side of the image with clone tool and remove/mute the branch and bright spots. You are on the right track but continue to control the frame and evict or add elements that support the subject when possible Fot the strongest images. That is the difference between a good picture and a great picture. On balance well done with solid exposure techs. Thanks for posting you are very active and I enjoy seeing your work.
