Was a bit windy the other night so this chick was looking for cover from the adult. Blowing sand must sting these little ones.

Great head angles Joe. Nice capture. I could watch these guys all day. I may eliminate that little dark spot on the left edge of the frame. Hope to see you at Nickerson one of these days.

Very sweet family portrait with nice light and sweet colors. It feels like it could use a little touch of CCW rotation. Well done.

Sweet image and light with a nice low shooting angle. I like the vertical look but would prefer the birds a bit further right in frame.
Good catch on the little dark spot on lower left.

Sweet capture, Joe. Hard to improve on, but maybe moving the birds a tad to the right and taking out the left dark spot might take it up the final notch.

this is very nice, love the light and details. might move them up in the frame as there is a bit too much empty space on the top now

Light, details and exposure are great, Joe. These two look nice and cozy. +1 to moving them up in the frame.

Apart from moving the birds up in the frame, I like this one a lot - for ithe moment captured, soft light, pose, and BG. Very nice.
