Bird photography around Anchorage

I have a couple spare days in Anchorage and looking for some bird photography spots. I was planning to start with Potter marsh. Any other/better suggestion within an hour of driving from there? I will be there early July. Thanks!

Potter Marsh is usually a good spot to try. Another option for waterbirds would be Westchester Lagoon. A hike to the alpine can be rewarding as well; options include Glen Alps and Arctic Valley.
