Nice pose and sharp details. The exposure is just perfect, the blacks look great and yellows appear in check.
I like the slanted perch too. I wish the bg was less distracting, but that's about it.

Nice bird and nice image, yellows and blacks look very good. The dark place at the top of the frame distracts.
